Thankyou, S

Working with Alex has completely transformed my life. She doesn't just focus on one aspect – she helps you heal and grow in every way, mind, body, and soul. Her compassion, insight, and guidance have been truly life-changing. I can't thank her enough for everything she's done for me!.

Love Lena

Alex is responsible for helping me get sober and stay sober from a lifetime of addiction and trauma. She literally saved my life. She is highly intelligent, empathetic, intuitive and compassionate. She is the best therapist I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot! I would highly recommend working with her if you are lucky enough to have that chance.

Dawn

I would highly recommend the help of Alex Newman. I will always be indebted to her as she helped point me in the right direction when I was going through tough times with alcohol and drug abuse. To ask for help is not a weakness, but a strength we all have. Don’t be afraid to use it

Thanks, Patrick

As an Alcoholic, one tends to find situations intense, the first is denial so your first reaction is defensive mode. i have been to AA, and listened to everyones stories. As i entered Alexes house, i immediately felt comfortable. There is no area of judgment, more like a warm embrace. She is clearly a woman of a lot of experience, where in this world of ours is not surprised by the negative outlook some of us have and take on. I find her deep, and interesting, fully supportive. As a person in need, i have not found anyone, or anything better.it is always a personal situation, however, Alex made me see. honestly one of best psychotherapists i have had the privilege to know and meet.

Love Sarah

I found Alex when I was a bit of a mess. She helped me restore my confidence and self belief. Gave me the hard truth and helped me get my life in order. Then it all fell apart again, but way worse than the first time. Again Alex was there for me assisting me through an abusive relationship. Without her I would not be here today. She pushed me and gave me the support and strength I needed to walk away and take back control of my life. From there she helped me to rebuild once again, but this time with a solid foundation and a true moral compass. I can't thank her enough for everything and I am happy to say 7 months down the line I have never felt more confident and sure of myself. I would definitely recommend to work with Alex for everything from relationships, discipline, or personal issues. She's great and has the perfect approach to the situation.

Thanks, Francis

Alex gave me insights that were not only actionable from the first session, but that left me feeling less alone, and much less crazy! Her down-to-earth, pragmatic but well-informed counselling is a breath of fresh, clear air in a world dominated by confusion and misinformation. If you are in Mallorca, 40+ and think you might have hormone issues, book a session with Alex today! You won’t regret it!

Working with Alex has been life-changing. She helped me trust myself more, heal from past traumas, and see relationships in a healthier, more understanding way. Her guidance created a safe space where I felt heard and supported throughout my healing journey. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and insightful therapist.

Many thanks, D

Alex provided invaluable support to the crew before, during, and after a busy charter season. With many years of experience in mental wellbeing, she brings both professionalism and a compassionate, approachable demeanour to every interaction. Alex connected well with all the crew she encountered and created a safe non judgmental space for open conversation. In a demanding industry where mental health often takes a back seat, crew were able to seek the support that they needed and her guidance was instrumental in ensuring the wellbeing, safety and positivity of our hardworking crew.

I’ve known Alex for a long time and she could see I was in distress from my troubles with Cocaine. I wouldn’t take cocaine everyday, but when I did I would go on multi day sessions and get myself in all sorts of trouble financially and personally. I have a senior job and keeping it from impacting my work was becoming impossible. I’ve tried addiction counsellors before but Alex is the best. She gets it, where as other counsellors had read the books and were trying to apply theory, but they couldn’t connect at the level needed . Alex is able to get deep into the reasons behind your addiction and helps you unravel them. I’m cocaine free for half a year now and I’ve managed to do it whilst having the occasional drink, although I had to give this to too for a while, to remove my triggers. I would never have done this without Alex

Thanks Lee

Empowering yourself on
your menopause journey

As a trained menopause advisor, I understand that this transition can bring both physical and mental challenges. Hormonal changes can cause symptoms like hot flashes and mood swings. It can also bring on feelings of depression. It’s important to remember that you’re not alone, and there are ways to manage these changes. Self-care, a balanced diet, regular exercise, and emotional support can all help.

If needed, I’m here to guide you through treatment options and offer support, so you can navigate this phase with the right approach and feel more in control.
